This is a site I designed to encourage, assist and consult people that are looking to re-invent themselves. The Spoonful of Knowledge Blog was initially created with the intention to create online learning courses. However, due to the kind of numerical year we are in, the state of the economy and job market, I believe more people will desire to seek things that are more resourceful and possibly help in their re-invention. Truly, I believe that all of us would like to be better at something. It could be your career, your family life, self esteem or whatever. That is the premise of this site, and I welcome all of you to my site.

As for some of my thoughts, I thought I would develop a blog designed for ordinary thinkers and creative thinkers alike. As much as I challenge myself, I believe in challenging each and everyone that visits my site to do the same. I am not a person for fluff stuff blog sites, or fluff stuff in general. I am into the nuts and bolts of things. I may not be perfect or a perfect writer, but I will attempt to make this site as interactive as possible.

I have written a number of books in my lifetime, and thus anything that I publish to the web or print is part of the Spoonful of Knowledge Series. I believe that you can’t give people all the necessary information at once. You must give it to them a spoonful at a time.

In the early 1990’s I used to run a Bulletin Board Service with a software called World Group. I loved being online, but what I was doing was too far advanced for the general public. In 1996, I started a website initially designed to educate people with online courses. At that time I was paying dearly for bandwidth just to teach online. I believed online education was where the future was headed. Unfortunately, most of my target audience had dialup.

Now in 2009, I believe I am in step with the future, and I have a world of information to share with you. What is great about blogging, is the fact that I can talk about things that matter and people will perhaps some of my viewpoints. I do not know it all, and it is nice to see that other people can respond and possibly educate me on things that add to what I have said or perhaps inform me about something I did not know.

Perhaps I can now share many of my interests without constantly buying new website software that forces me to learn new code just to keep my site up to date. For many of those that shared my type of html coding experiences, you must also be saying God Bless the Blog!

Thanks for visiting. Look for more from me shortly.
